Open your Windows ESET product.
Click Tools → More tools.
Click Scheduler.
Deselect the check box next to System startup file check with the Launch time set as User logon (there will be multiple System startup file check tasks).
Restart your computer. The startup scan is now disabled. To re-enable the startup scan, open the main program window, click Tools → More tools → Scheduler and select the check box next to Automatic startup file check.
